The 1.5-acre Maine island that is “unspoiled” and rich in wildlife is on the market for $339,000. Duck Ledges Island is owned by realtor Billy Milliken, who has conditions for the new owner. Milliken told Insider anyone interested in buying the private island needs to spend a night there alone.
