Back in the mid-1990s, the legendary actor and director Robert Redford scooped up a ranch in Charleston, UT.
The rustic (yet refined) property is just a 15-minute drive north of Sundance, UT, where he famously founded the Sundance Mountain Resort and Sundance Institute, which organizes the Sundance Film Festival.
Known as Horse Whisper Ranch, the 30-acre parcel—which Redford transformed into a horse ranch—is now on the market for $4.9 million.
