Back in 2016, she sold her Point Dume estate for $12.5 million to prominent French banker Matthieu Pigasse and subsequently moved to a leased house in the guard-gated Malibu Colony enclave. Five years later, she’s finally bought again in the seaside community — records reveal the bestselling music superstar (“Just Like a Pill,” “Please Don’t Leave Me,” “Who Knew”) and longtime husband Carey Hart have paid $13.7 million for an oceanfront villa once owned by Barry Manilow.
