Matthew Perry has ‘downsized’ with this $6M cottage

Capping off a 2020 full of real-estate moves, “Friends” star Matthew Perry, 51, has just nabbed a roughly 3,000-square-foot cottage in Los Angeles for $6 million, reported Variety, citing sales records.
